our normal material is stainless steel ,aluminum,brass,copper,carbon steel and so on which the treatment is zinc,chrome,nickel plating,black oxidation,polishing,etc.

All of our turned parts are produced according to customer's drawing and sample.

For these AISI1020 spacer block cnc precision turned parts carbon steel,around 0.0066% is not approved.

We produced these spacer block cnc precision turned parts,All these parts are collected by our customer.
But aslo appear some problem.
Even though Spacer block cnc precision turned parts' groove's tolerance is based on the drawing is aslo approved,but there are some burr on the surface so that the key could't though.

How to cause this problem_-rolling too much when electroplating and our QC use vernier caliper to check it and this is not very precise.

How to solve it-----after electroplating,our QC must check spacer block cnc precision parts 100%.
